I would look into sanding and prepping and color match raptor lining them.. you will get a durable finish. Textured finish is easier. Just scuff, then plastic primer, base and clear. No sanding, lest you destroy the texture. Most important thing is to make sure the plastic is clean and ready to take paint. One big choice when it comes to any set of fender flares is whether to paint them or leave them in bare black form. Do not use a paint stripper, it will ruin the flare. Additionally, it would soak into the plastic and cause the next coat of paint to peel off. Best thing to do is just leave the paint on the flare.
